Hand-carved butter or cheese knife made from various timbers inspired by a minimalistic Japanese design. As each knife is made by hand, each piece is unique and hence might vary in terms of size and look.

All the knifes are made in Germany.

The total length is approx. 20 cm, the grind is approx. 3 cm and the knife handle is about 0,5 cm thick.

The knife is available in:

• light brown with contrast dark vein of wood made from beech collected in Tyrol/Austria.
  
• light brown with with wavy grain, made from Bavarian juniper wood.
  
• light tawny coloured ash wood
  
• greenish tulpin wood
  
• dark olive wood with visible vein from Puglia in Italy. 
• Very dark brown walnut wood
